The Recruitment process is managed by Key2People, a partner of NEXTCHEM. /ph3Main Activities Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and ensure together with the PEQ PM/HoD the quality of the generated deliverables and their compliance with the contractual requirements and company standards, procedures and work instructions; /liliPrepare and discuss with Project Team and Engineering Head of Department the execution strategy of the project (including the project schedule) and assure its application throughout the entire project life; /liliAssure the coordination of the activities of the discipline regardless of the location and distribution of the engineering centers, guaranteeing the consistency of the documents with the contract, the respect of the time schedule, the implementation of the contract requirements, the compliance of the assigned budget (both cost and man‑hours) and the quality of the deliverables under the guidance of the Project Manager/HoD and cooperating with the other Project Engineers; /liliInteract with Client representatives and Vendors for all the technical topics impacting on the project both in time and costs; /liliIssuing of technical documents (calculations and drawings); /liliIssue the Material Requisitions, the technical tabulation of the Vendor’s offers; /liliExecute the follow up of the vendors during the bidding stage and during the execution of the projects; /liliCheck the sub‑vendors’ documents, as requested by the Responsible, in agreement with the Project Team; /liliGuarantee assistance to the inspection and construction departments upon request as per project needs; /liliParticipate during the bidding stage to the issue of technical proposals; /liliParticipate to the development of new solutions for the Proprietary equipment; /liliParticipate to the technical training of competence and exchange experience with colleagues of the Group; /liliConduct technical training as per department and Company needs and exchange experience with colleagues of the entire Tecnimont Group for new Design techniques; /liliKeep themselves updated about the technical specific improvement of the discipline. /li /ulh3Competences /h3ulliExperience specifically related to different types of static equipment for Petrochemical or Oleochemical applications (Pressure Vessels, ST Heat Exchangers, Air Coolers, Filters, Plate Heat Exchangers, Reactors); /liliAbility to review client specifications standards, prepare customized equipment supply and design specifications, prepare equipment inquiry/purchase requisitions; /liliCompetence in preparing equipment mechanical data sheets by the use of 2D CAD softwares, and preliminary pressure equipment calculation design softwares (Compress‑3D) technical bid evaluations; /liliCompetences in mechanical/structural drawings review; /liliCompetences in materials ASTM; /liliGeneral competences in rotating equipments (Fans/motors); /liliGeneral competences in heat exchange and refractory calculation (Symutherm preferred); /liliReview of vendor engineering drawings, calculations, technical documents, and interface with other disciplines and departments; /liliKnowledge of API, ASME, ANSI, PED Directive, TEMA, EN and other process industry codes and standards is necessary; /liliAbility to produce accurate project deliverables and maintain project schedules and man hour budgets. /li /ulh3Required Skills Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Mechanical Engineering (3+2); /lili+5 years of experience in the same position; /liliFluent English speaker and writer; /liliWilling to travel for work; /liliAbility to adapt in a fast‑paced environment and multidisciplinary context; /liliAdaptivity to different disciplines (Thermal exchange, static equipment, rotating, package equipment). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
