The role

We are on the lookout for aHospitality & Facility ManagerforOGR Tech Powered by Talent Garden.

Working closely with the Communication Manager, your role will be essential in actively contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our workspace. Your responsibilities will encompassmember engagement, seamless space management, and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our diverse community.

Responsibilities

* Manage opening and closing procedures of the co-working space and cover the front desk to welcome members and assist with inquiries.
* Handle check-ins, create badges, and control access to ensure security and proper member identification.
* Oversee daily service operations, addressing requests for equipment setup and facility upkeep
* Manage administrative tasks for facility operations, including contract prep, invoicing, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with policies.
* Manage efficiently the contracts with suppliers and vendors associated with our partner, OGR, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance with operational standards.
* Assist with IT-related issues, helping members troubleshoot technology and ensuring equipment and software are fully operational.
* Supervise suppliers such as cleaning services, hostesses, and facility maintenance to ensure a well-maintained and comfortable environment.
* Address daily issues with the Communication Managerfostering a positive co-working vibe for everyone.

About you

Ideally,you are an organized and proactive individual with a passion for creating welcoming and efficient environments in dynamic, fast-paced settings.

On top of this, you are:

* Experienced in hospitality or facility management, with a focus on coworking spaces, offices, or similar environments.
* Familiar with handling administrative tasks such as contract preparation, invoicing, and scheduling, ensuring smooth operations.
* Comfortable managing relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring quality service and compliance with standards.
* A strong communicator, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously to meet the needs of members.
* Tech-savvy, with the ability to assist members in integrating technology into their work processes.
* Able to create a positive and engaging atmosphere, promoting collaboration and a sense of community within the space.
* Fluent in Italian, with a full professional level of proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
* Based in Torino and available for full-time, 5 days a week presence at OGR (Corso Castelfidardo, 22).

Selection process

The process beginswith an initial video call to assess cultural fit, so make sure to check outour company pagebeforehand.

For the next steps,there will be an in-person interview at OGR where you'll meet Sara, Torino City Lead, and the rest of the team. Afterward, we’ll arrange an interview with our CEO.

The final stepwill be an interview with our partner OGR.
