Social network you want to login/join with:ResponsibilitiesYou will lead our commercial efforts, clearly communicating internally the strategy and keeping the team focused on key objectives.Lead negotiations and delivery of the annual sales target while achieving and exceeding the sales budget for the assigned customers/projects.Track and manage the sales opportunity pipeline from the earliest stages of project development through to contract closure to deliver the annual Business Plan.Conduct customer visits to understand their challenges and needs.Work closely with customers to prioritize opportunities with the best chances of conversion, supporting the development of a strategic plan.Provide recommendations on commercial aspects for proposals based on market conditions.Ensure bilateral communication flow between the market and the business to establish and maintain positive corporate client relationships.Support other teams during project execution on commercial matters and product needs.Foster effective working relationships between Sales and other business functions.Reduce/reduce repeated mistakes across enquiries/proposals through analysis of lessons learned.About youYou thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are experienced in managing complex data (prices, costs, variable fees, currencies, etc.). You can quickly analyze and organize data for review and presentation.You are capable of leading and managing the sales process for applications and electrical components across the organization.
