A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.What you will doKey activities:Managing accounts for the company and building relationships with key personnelNetworking within local national accounts to secure all business opportunitiesEnsuring internal company functions give the highest level of customer service to national accountsManaging accounts’ special prices requests and products ordersMonitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectivelyManaging contracts and quarterly and annual bonusesForecasting sales for high volume products/codesHolding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accountsInvestigating and resolving queries and issues raised by national accountsTaking a proactive approach to account managementArranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customerHolding business reviews to assess opportunities for salesConstantly looking out for new sales and business opportunities in targeted marketsAnalyzing market trends and salesEvaluating competitors’ activitiesEnsuring that all costs are within the budgetWhat you need to succeedEducationDegree in EconomicsProfessional ExperienceProven track record of at least 5 years in sales, preferably within the home appliances or consumer electronics industryEntrepreneurial spirit and approachAutonomyGood knowledge of Excel and PowerPointBase knowledge of SAPAvailability to travelLanguagesGood knowledge of EnglishPreferred qualifications soft skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategiesNegotiating skills and ability to work by objectives
