About the role:
You will be joining the Commercial Area South Product Line Team, based in Milan.
You will report to the Commercial Area South Europe Product Line Director and you will be in charge of implementing the product line strategies for the Italian market for the related product categories. You will have the ownership of ranging and life cycle management, pricing, and distribution strategies to deliver sustainable, long term growth for your categories.
You will work closely with sales to secure that our offer to the consumer is relevant and attractive, you will also collaborate internally with product line and marketing.
Additionally, you will oversee the business across South Europe (Italy, France, Spain and Portugal), aligning the strategy across these countries.
To make this category grow you need to be aware of the market, trends, and competitors, you also need to be passionate about the products and have a consumer centric mindset.
Location
The role is based in Assago.
What you'll do:
* Define annual business plans grounded on consumer centric value propositions.
* Provide input and feedback for new product development during the Generation Plan Process.
* Support on annual target setting.
* Communicate plans and product launches to key stakeholders.
* Monitor sales and engage with other commercial functions, suggesting actions to deliver business KPIs.
* Participate in demand planning activities, ensuring optimal Promo supply execution.
* Monitor market trends and competition.
Who you are:
* Relevant experience in a similar role within consumer electronics or FMCG industry.
* Commercial mindset and a strong track record business-oriented role.
* Strong analytical and presentation skills is of high importance.
* Project Management approach.
* Able to work in complex organizations with various stakeholders both at national and international level.
* Self-driven and results oriented.
* Strong communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders and implement strategies in the cluster.
* Able to manage large quantities of data and make prompt decisions that are commercially viable.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
