By joining us in Seregno (Italy) as Inside Sales Engineer, you will become part of the Final Control / Pressure Management team. /ppWe’re looking for a motivated professional to support our Outside Sales team in the Industrial Business. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers, ensuring timely quotations, providing technical support, and coordinating effectively to maximize customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. /ppThis addition to our team is key to strengthening our market presence, enhancing responsiveness to customer needs, and achieving the ambitious growth targets we’ve set for the Italian market. /ppLet\'s Go, together! We offer a dynamic environment where individual contributions and inventions are valued and provide opportunities for training and self-development. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liQualifying customer requests to ensure quotations meet their application and operational needs. /li liPreparing accurate and timely quotations, ensuring technical and commercial validation to offer the best overall solution. /li liFollowing up on quotations and supporting Outside Sales in driving opportunities forward. /li liNegotiating sales orders within the agreed delegation of authority and company guidelines. /li liUsing CRM tools effectively, maintaining accurate and complete customer and quotation records. /li liEnsuring Purchase Orders are commercially complete and compliant with internal procedures for order entry. /li liProviding technical and commercial support by answering customer questions, advising on solutions, and coordinating with manufacturing sites or Product Specialists on specific requests. /li liMaintaining professional and ethical standards by complying with Emerson’s Trade Compliance, Quality Management, and Ethics policies, while continuously developing knowledge through training and KPI-focused performance. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3pYou are a technically skilled and customer-focused engineer with a strong understanding of industrial solutions and a passion for delivering tailored, high-impact proposals. You thrive in collaborative environments, easily bridging technical and commercial needs. Proactive and detail-oriented, you take ownership of challenges and drive results with precision and clarity. Your strong communication skills and CRM expertise make you a reliable partner to both customers and cross-functional teams. /p h3For This Role, You Will Need /h3 ul libA technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience /b /li liSolid technical understanding, preferably in instrumentation and process control /li liIdeally, experience in a technical sales role within an industrial automation environment (chemical, petrochemical, oil gas, power, life sciences, refining) /li liFamiliarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools /li libFluency in English and Italian /b /li liThis position could also be a great opportunity for a recent graduate with strong technical skills or a genuine interest in industrial automation, as we have a strong and supportive team ready to help develop the right talent. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart /h3 ul liPrevious experience with similar technical products /li liExperience working in a matrix organization /li libInterest in energy efficiency and sustainability /b /li /ul pAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
