You will join the Digital Sales Team in PAYBACK, the leading multi-loyalty program and multichannel marketing platform, belonging to the American Express Group. Digital Sales Team manages one of the most important revenues streams for PAYBACK, through main Affiliation networks in Italy.
- Previous experience in similar roles in digital sales, with strong sales and negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven record of using data to drive strategic decisions and improve performance
- Outstanding, meticulous verbal and written communication skills, both in Italian and English
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Good project management skills, being able to prioritize multiple activities with tight timelines
- Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously and take initiative
Preferred Skills:
- A passion for communications, telling stories, and engaging audiences, especially in a digital environment
