You will also monitor the smooth running of these areas as well as customer service and satisfaction. Outlet managers are responsible for the outlet’s performance in areas such as personnel management, food beverage and other services and operations. You will monitor and ensure the smooth running of customer service areas and satisfaction. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations. /li liDeliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction. /li liRespond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints. /li liRegularly review product quality and research new vendors. /li liOrganize and supervise shifts. /li liAppraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity. /li liEstimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products. /li liEnsure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. /li liManage the restaurant’s image and suggest ways to improve it. /li liControl operational costs and identify measures to minimize waste. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liVerbal and written proficiency in English and Italian. /li liDegree/Diploma in any discipline. /li liMinimum 2 years as Assistant Manager of an outlet in an international luxury hotel. /li liComputer knowledge. /li liFlexibility with working hours. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pAt Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
