Duties & Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the CMO and media buyers to execute user acquisition campaigns across SEO, PPC and paid social channels
* Support the acquisition team in planning and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns
* Track, analyse and report on key performance metrics including CAC, LTV, ROI, churn and conversion rates using tools such as Google Analytics or similar
* Manage and allocate monthly marketing budgets in line with performance targets
* Oversee content production and landing page optimisation including A/B and multivariate testing
* Ensure all campaigns and creatives comply with relevant advertising regulations across target markets
* Work closely with CRM systems to analyse performance and optimise lifecycle and retention strategies
* Monitor competitor activity, GEO performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities
* Prepare and present regular performance reports to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within iGaming or fintech environment
* Hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid search, paid social, affiliates or similar)
* Strong analytical skills with experience using performance tracking tools and interpreting campaign data
* Experience with attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar) is considered an advantage
* Familiarity with CRM systems and lifecycle marketing strategies
* Fluent in English (Spanish or Russian is considered a strong advantage)
* Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
