We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Naples, covering warehouse operations, purchasing, sales support, and cost control activities.
The ideal candidate will support daily operations related to supplies, supplier management, job costing, and administrative control of projects.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing quotations and cost estimates
- Sending purchase orders to suppliers
- Recording job costs and monitoring expenses within the company software
- Checking supplier invoices and matching them with purchase orders
- Managing payments and collections (POS and cash)
- Preparing delivery notes (DDT)
- Recording labor hours and manpower reports
- Supporting warehouse and material management activities

Requirements
- Good command of English (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Accuracy in data entry and cost monitoring
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good knowledge of office software and management systems
- Previous experience in logistics, purchasing, administration, or cost control will be considered a plus

Naples, Campania – candidates must be able to commute easily to the workplace or be willing to relocate before starting the job (mandatory).

Retribuzione: €950,00 - €1.500,00 al mese
