Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team that oversees the brand's e-commerce and digital presence. Your primary responsibilities include managing content flow and visibility plans for e-retailers, delivering CRM communications, and optimizing content on the company's e-commerce platform to boost traffic and sales.
You will work closely with agencies and the headquarters to manage daily activities of digital channels, monitor competitors' and e-retailers' digital activations, and implement new digital tools and applications. Additionally, you will conduct ad-hoc analysis and prepare reports to support business growth and transformation.

* Digital savvy with a curious attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and problem-solving skills
* Masters degree in marketing or economics; experience in the beauty/luxury sector, digital teams, or agencies is a plus
* Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
