Oversees daily stewarding operations, ensuring the transport, cleaning and proper handling of cooking utensils, service ware and equipment in support of restaurant and banquet service.Ensures back‐of‐house work areas and physical surroundings are maintained in impeccable condition, upholding hygiene, safety and organizational standards at all times.Maintains accurate inventory levels for food and beverage equipment, ensuring proper distribution and availability across all departments.Coordinates the timely delivery of clean equipment and materials to all outlets and functions, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted service.Plans schedules and assigns daily tasks, fostering a culture of consistency, discipline and continuous improvement.Collaborates closely with the entire Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless communication, operational efficiency and alignment across all outlets and functions.
