What are you going to do: In this fulltime and hybrid position as a customer service agent you manage our Southern European markets in Portuguese and Italian. In your office near Hoorn' every morning you will first work through incoming tickets of your own market either per chat or per email. When you're done with your responsible Portuguese and Italian market you help your international customer service agent colleagues on your workfloor and vice versa. During your fulltime position you'll be scheduled into fixed telephone shifts' where you support suppliers' carriers and customers in questions like warranty claims or returns.
