Business Development Manager - Italy
This is a rare opportunity to drive growth for an organization's Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) services across Italy.
You will play a crucial part in executing a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, collaborating with internal teams and maintaining detailed reports.
* IDentify and develop opportunities with prospects and targets.
* Bid to build and nurture relationships with new and current customers.
* Maintain detailed reports and manage CRM tools.
* Stay on top of market trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape.
You Will Bring:
* A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within CDMO or pharmaceutical manufacturing services.
* Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
* Proficiency in English; as well as Italian.
This role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
