Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team and are currently looking for a Key Account Manager Sales Italy (M / F / d). What You Will Do - Your Responsibilities: You build long-term business relationships with our international industrial customers through sales and consulting activities. Elaborate customers' needs and product desires and feed into Product and Solutions Development to gather holistic solutions. You trigger and steer internal activities such as systems design, business calculations, and legal to achieve the best offers. Lead sales and negotiation meetings with the customer by coordinating key personnel and internal supporters. Finalize the contractual closure. Coordinate marketing activities with the customer and support project management in case of escalations. You achieve the assigned sales targets such as volume, revenue, and profitability. You take care of high-qualified future opportunities to secure long-lasting performance. Analyze the market and customer trends to adopt on group-level developments. You support international sales colleagues to deliver growth abroad. You document your sales activities in CRM (Salesforce) with high quality. You represent the company at local and international trade shows, events, and seminars. What You Bring - and Would Like to Develop Further: Concrete experience in B2B sales, ideally as a Key Account Manager. Experience in the renewable energy industry. Language skills in Italian (Level C1) and English (B2) are required. Availability to travel at least 30%. Excellent skills in communication, time management, negotiation, and conflict resolution. An independent, flexible, proactive person, able to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and manage work without supervision. A team player who embodies the company’s core values.
