With a presence in 200+ countries, this company is now entering the Italian market and looking for a Sales Manager to build and lead their offline distribution network. This is a unique opportunity to create something from scratch, shape the local market strategy, and be part of an exciting international expansion. /ppuLocation : /u Remote (based anywhere in Italy) /ppuEmployment Type : /u Full-time (local third-party agency contract) /ppuIndustry : /u E-commerce / Tools / DIY /ppuLanguages : /u Italian (native) + English (fluent) /ppuCompensation : /u Base + performance bonus (OTE based on experience) /ppWhat You’ll Do : /ppBuild Italy’s offline distribution channel from the ground up /ppEstablish partnerships with hardware cooperative unions such as BigMat, Ferritalia, Brico Io, Bricolife, Gruppo Made /ppExpand presence into key accounts and retail chains such as Leroy Merlin, Obi, and Bricoman /ppIdentify and negotiate with regional distributors and wholesalers /ppCustomize commercial terms and product ranges to fit the Italian market /ppCollaborate with internal teams in product development and marketing /ppWhat We’re Looking For : /ppAt least 5 years’ experience in DIY / tools / hardware sales and distribution /ppProven knowledge of Brico chains (e.g., Leroy Merlin, Obi, Bricoman) or traditional hardware groups (e.g., BigMat, Ferritalia, etc.) /ppEstablished relationships with key buyers or purchasing platforms is a big plus /ppSelf-starter who can work independently and build scalable processes /ppNative-level Italian and fluent English are mandatory /ppbOffer Contract : /b /ppFull-time contract via local third-party agency (until in-country entity is set up) /ppApprox. €70,000–€80,000 base salary + attractive bonus structure /pp100% remote role with international exposure /ppOpportunity to shape the entire market entry strategy for Italy /ppbPlease note : /b /ppIt is mandatory to submit the current and expected salary of the candidate when applying. /ppSalesManagerItaly #PowerToolsJobs #DIYIndustry #RemoteSalesJobs #BricoChains #ItalyHiring #EcommerceTools #OfflineSales #ItalianMarketExpansion #SalesLeadershipJobs /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
