We are seeking a passionate and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office team at Borgo Santo Pietro. As one of the first points of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable arrivals, seamless stays, and warm departures, ensuring that every interaction reflects the exceptional standards of our estate.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth and personalized check-in and check-out experience.
* Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the entire stay, handling requests with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
* Provide accurate information about the estate, its facilities, services, and experiences.
* Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their stay.
* Manage reservations, room allocations, billing procedures, and guest profiles.
* Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly, ensuring effective resolution and guest satisfaction.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of guest preferences and special requests.
* Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B, Spa, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
* Uphold LQA standards and actively contribute to delivering a luxury guest experience at all times.
Who you are:
* You have previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or a similar guest-facing role, preferably within luxury hospitality.
* You are proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a strong advantage.
* You are familiar with LQA standards and understand the importance of delivering service that consistently exceeds guest expectations.
* You are passionate about hospitality and committed to creating memorable guest experiences.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with people from different cultures.
* You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
