About the Role
We are looking for aCustomer Service Sales Engineerto join ourCustomer Service Solutionsteam in Bologna.
Reporting to the Sales and Customer Service Director, the Customer Service Sales Engineer will support the business operations in the assigned areas. Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing sales opportunities in the assigned geographies in collaboration with regional colleagues, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
2. Coordinating internal processes (involving engineering and operations) to convert market opportunities into orders.
3. Contributing to the definition of business targets in the assigned areas, promoting relevant initiatives to grow market penetration and to develop new products and business models.
What You Need to Be Successful
4. Strong customer orientation and service mindset.
5. Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electronic or equivalent) and a genuine passion for technical topics.
6. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
7. International experience will be considered an asset.
8. Previous experience in Customer Service roles.
