We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition while nurturing existing accounts. This role will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing needs from lead qualification and proposals to negotiation, design coordination, and project completion. The ideal candidate is passionate about exceptional client service, appreciates thoughtful design and natural materials, and is excited to contribute to an innovative and purpose-driven team.
Key Objectives
Serve as the main liaison between company and clients, ensuring smooth communication and support through all stages of the project.
Boost revenue, client satisfaction, and retention through strong relationship-building and targeted marketing efforts.
Grow existing accounts, meet sales targets, and identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain trust-based relationships to deliver an excellent client experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client service roles, preferably with international clients or in a supervisory capacity. Experience in luxury property or villa sales is a plus.
Strong communication and reporting skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficient in using digital tools such as Google Suite, CRM, and similar platforms.
Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach with consistent follow-through.
Experience managing projects and coordinating across departments or stakeholders.
Skilled in negotiation and open to learning about the architectural and design process.
