Main activities
- Master and formalize the Brand Maintenance and Animation Lifecycle strategy (the frequency of changes), innovation themes, product content, services aligned with Brand positioning.
- Define the economic data by interfacing between Product Animations (volumes & selling prices)
- Coordinate launches until full profitability for all geographical areas and over the entire lifecycle.
- Animate a cross‐functional working group including decision‐making meetings with specific insights about customer needs to ensure consistency in definition & implementation.
- Conduct competitive research & diversity (commercial) studies to identify trends.
- Define new product features to be tested by technical departments.
- Continue with Product Referential teams, design technical definitions for new Marketing‐Product objectives. Respect specific costs & timing targets Ensure follow-up of mid‐life launch projects
