We are looking for a Key Account Manager, EMEA to drive commercial performance across key markets and strategic partners. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that brand positioning, product strategy, and commercial targets translate into strong in-market results.
You will act as the primary point of contact for selected partners, building strong commercial relationships, guiding assortments and optimizing seasonal sell-in and sell-out performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Account & Partner Management
- Lead day-to-day relationship management with key wholesale partners and licensee commercial teams.
- Ensure alignment with brand standards, seasonal priorities, assortment strategy and distribution objectives.
- Lead order negotiations, commercial terms and in-season adjustments when required.
- Monitor partner forecasts, sell-in performance and stock levels to drive business health and achieve targets.
Business Performance & Analysis
- Track sell-out performance across markets and channels to identify risks, opportunities and growth drivers.
- Prepare seasonal business reviews and strategic recommendations for leadership and partners.
- Support pricing and margin strategies to maintain competitive and strategic market positioning.
- Provide insights to inform distribution plans and category development discussions.
Go-To-Market Execution
- Support market preparation for sales campaigns and showroom appointments.
- Deliver compelling seasonal product presentations and commercial toolkits to partners.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Planning and Supply teams to align product availability and delivery timelines.
WHO YOU ARE
- 5-7+ years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management within international sportswear companies, with experience managing accounts across multiple markets.
