The
Breakfast Waiter / Bartender / F&B; Coordinator is a key role in delivering the company’s vision: creating sustainable, community-oriented lifestyle experiences.
As part of the Cloud 7 Rome team, the selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality breakfast service, managing bar operations, and coordinating the Food & Beverage department, supervising breakfast staff and the Terrace Bartender.
The role also includes involvement in the development of the terrace aperitivo service and the management of a light quick lunch offering.
ASSET & EXPERIENCE
Deliver excellent breakfast service in line with brand standards
Manage bar operations (coffee service and beverages)
Supervise and coordinate F&B; department activities
Coordinate staff within the Food & Beverage area
Contribute to the development of the terrace aperitivo service
Manage a quick lunch offering (mainly salads and light dishes)
Monitor product availability and report needs promptly
Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of operational areas
Ensure accurate order handling and billing

Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
Ensure punctuality and proper setup of service areas according to schedule to guarantee quality and efficiency
Support and guide team members in breakfast and terrace service
COMMUNITY
Build positive relationships with guests through personalized service
Collect and value guest feedback
Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive environment
Support events and initiatives connected to the community and the property
GROWTH
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
Contribute to the development of the F&B; offering (breakfast and aperitivo)
Collaborate with management on promotional initiatives
Participate in training and professional development programs
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Previous experience in the F&B; sector, preferably in similar roles
Skills in both service and bar operations
Experience in staff coordination
Excellent knowledge of English (essential requirement)
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proactive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work in a team and in dynamic environments
Sensitivity to multicultural environments
