Your Challenge As a Pre-Sales Manager for Secondary Medium Voltage Switchgears, you will play a pivotal role in shaping tailored technical and commercial proposals for end-users and industrial customers. Acting as a key interface between the Sales team and Engineering, you will be responsible for identifying the most competitive and technically sound solutions, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, project specifications, and sustainability standards. You will lead the entire pre-sales process — from prescription to bid — ensuring that offers are delivered on time, with full technical integrity and in compliance with international standards for air-insulated switchgear. Your deep understanding of advanced grid technologies and your ability to balance performance, cost-efficiency, and innovation will be essential in building customer trust and long-term partnerships. In close collaboration with the Sales Department and Management, you will define pricing strategies and discount policies to maximize margin while remaining competitive. You will also ensure a smooth transition to the execution phase by coordinating with project teams for a seamless handover.
