An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Rang role at the Room Service of the iconic Hotel Cipriani for the 2026 season. This is a seasonal full time position (5 working days a week) from April to September 2026. The Chef de Rang, who reports to our In-Room Dining Manager, will: - fulfil the RS operations, according to the hotel policies, standards and procedures; - monitor all aspects of the guests' experience, from the amenities layout before their arrivale to the experience they receive during the service; - act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate guests' needs; - establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and enquiries with care and attentions. Requirements: - be fluent in English and Italian, French would be a plus; - previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment; - passion for service together with attention and care; - be a good team player.
