/p pWe are currently searching for a Customer Service Sales Area Manager.
/p h3Role /h3 pThe Customer Service Area Manager reports directly to the head of function and is responsible for developing and managing all sales activities in the assigned business unit and region to achieve customer service results in line with commercial and budget goals.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liImplement the sales strategy and manage sales processes to consolidate and develop business results, achieving assigned budgeted results for After Sales business lines (Spares, Upgrades, Services).
/li liContribute to the identification, design, and promotion of new products and services to meet customer needs and pursue the company's growth strategy.
/li liMaintain accurate records of sales and activities related to the business and customers; coordinate agents in the area; handle direct customers and support agents with standard proposals as required.
/li liCollaborate with the technical department to evaluate client requirements, conduct technical negotiations, and prepare commercial offers consistent with company capabilities.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEngineering degree in Mechanical, Electronic or related fields.
/li liAt least 4-5 years in a similar role with proven success in sales results.
/li liStrong passion and curiosity for technical topics.
/li liCustomer orientation / Customer Service mindset.
/li liInternational experience will be considered a plus.
/li liFluent English; Spanish or another language is a plus.
