Sales and Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Development Specialist to join our international team. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with clients to identify their project logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients as well as identifying new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Italian market
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Provide expert advice on project logistics solutions
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
* Evaluate client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years experience in sales and development
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proven knowledge of freight forwarding industry
* Deep understanding of project logistics transportation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
