PThis person will join the Bushings Sales Specialists team and will cover China and Asia sales. /ppIn this role he / she will be responsible for Bushings business development, technical prescription, co-ordination with tendering team, product qualification, ensuring customer satisfaction. He / she will build manage in coordination with the local sales team, the right strategy for sales within his / her area of influence. He / she will lead the actions for the growth in his / her area to achieve quarterly and yearly targets in full compliance with GE values. Looking for challenges in a large multinational company. /pulliExplore opportunities, define strategy and shape demand /liliDrive commercial activity for Bushings business in the region / sub-region within Order Intake and Gross Margin targets /liliKeep abreast of competitor product portfolio /liliMeet the customer regularly together with the Account Manager / local sales team in charge /liliExplore and propose strategy to optimize channels to the market. /liliDeploy and adjust the strategy taking in account the input from the Customer, the Account Manager, and Contractor(s) when applicable (including GE internal customers). /liliBuild and Close Offer /liliAssess project complexity with the support of the tendering team /liliUnderstand the RFQ / Customer's demand actual needs and develop the value proposition for each offer /liliConduct spec-in, spec-out, products qualification /liliTrigger tendering process and follow up on tender progress /liliBuild with the Bushings tendering team, the best technical-commercial offer for its Product, taking into account the different parameters stakeholders involved (product portfolio competitiveness vs. competitors’ vs. customer needs / factory constraints). /liliValidate Estimate Analysis Sheet and set the price, in connection with the PL Commercial. /liliLead tender approval process including internal presentation of the deal to the management to get the relevant validations. /liliLead Risk Assessment Process including scope, commercial, financial, legal, HS coordinating with each field expert the best mitigation plan. /liliCompile the technical offer with the factory inputs and prepare the commercial offer implementing the results of the tender validation process and Risk Analysis results. /liliPresent technical solution and commercial offer to customers. /liliNegotiate with customers contract terms and conditions in coordination with the Account Manager and legal council support. /liliLead technical and commercial clarification process, listen to resolve open concerns. /liliClose contracts and transfer to the factory execution teams. /liliRequired Qualifications /liliEngineering degree (Electrical / Management preferred) /liliTechnical knowledge in Bushings / substation / transformer equipment highly appreciated /liliExperience in a Commercial / Sales / Tendering Environment of a Multinational Company /liliKnowledge of Electrical transmission business in the assigned region, main distribution and transmission operators, contractors / EPCs, etc. appreciated /liliEnglish professional level. /liliAvailable to travel. /liliDesired Characteristics /liliStrong oral and written communication skills. /liliStrong interpersonal and leadership skills. /liliTeam spirit. /liliDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. /liliDemonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. /liliAbility to document, plan, market, and execute programs. /liliAdditional Information /liliRelocation Assistance Provided /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
