The role involves supporting the consolidation and development of online sales with a strategic vision, analytical skills, and excellent project management. Responsibilities Collaborate in developing and managing the online commercial and promotional plan in synergy with marketing and product teams. Coordinate e-commerce and omnichannel activities on marketplaces, ensuring consistency of catalog, pricing, and promotions. Monitor digital channel performance: sales, traffic, conversion rate, margins (first and second), AOV. Manage and update an operational GANTT chart for e-commerce activities, facilitating alignment between internal and external teams. Coordinate suppliers and departments involved in projects (development, advertising, creative, logistics, customer service). Supervise Web Marketing and Advertising activities (Google, Meta, Email Marketing), in collaboration with external agencies and partners. Manage the online product catalog, ensuring updates are consistent with stock, promotions, and communication content (homepage, newsletter, social media). Assist in developing activities such as affiliation marketing and marketing automation from a performance perspective. Provide analytical support to the buying & merchandising team to optimize the assortment based on seasonal data and sales results. Qualifications Familiarity with GANTT and project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Monday, etc.). Knowledge of CRM, automation tools, or platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign.
