PpJob Description The mission of an Account Manager is to bring value to the clients by ensuring their needs are understood, prioritized, and met through excellent delivery service. He is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships by acting as a trusted advisor. Together with the Business Unit Leader, fosters client loyalty by identifying opportunities for growth and by contributing to the achievement of client's strategy or transformation journey. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the primary point of contact for overall contract delivery. /li liEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure open communication and trust. /li liUnderstand client business goals, challenges, and requirements to effectively tailor services to meet their needs. /li liBuild the governance structure, agreed with the client expectations and drive the execution. /li liDevelop strategic account plans that outline objectives, growth opportunities, and strategies for enhancing client relationships. /li liIdentify and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services based on client needs and business objectives. /li liCollaborate with Stefanini and client stakeholders to implement agreed changes that foster client satisfaction. /li liResponsible for monitoring and managing the financial health of services by evaluating estimated versus actual costs, understanding revenue dynamics, identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance profitability and achieve financial objectives. /li liEnsure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and other contractual obligations. Accountable for contract execution. /li liCollaborate with Stefanini teams to ensure services are delivered according to agreed standards and timelines. /li liMonitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed, together with the delivery team. /li liIdentify potential risks within accounts and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. /li liMonitor and address any client dissatisfaction or service delivery issues to avoid escalation. /li liWork closely with technical teams to ensure that solutions are tailored to meet client specifications and expectations. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in Account Management, Service Delivery Management, or Client Relationship Management or a similar role within the IT or technology services industry. /li liStrong background in managing enterprise clients, contracts, and cross-functional teams; /li liSolid understanding of budget management, KPIs and profitability; /li liExperience in business development, upselling, and strategic account planning; /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; /li liStrong organizational skills with focus on governance, reporting, and risk management; /li liEnglish and Italian proficiency (spoken written); /li liFamiliar with industry trends, service delivery standards, and customer satisfaction practices /li /ul h3Disclaimer /h3 pThe preceding job description was designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
