About the Role
Jobconsulting Srl, a leading international construction firm based in Italy, is looking for a Technical Commercial Professional to drive sales activities in the Tuscany region from its Rome office.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new clients and design targeted actions to launch new projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular contact and on‑site meetings.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to prepare effective commercial proposals.
- Provide support to clients throughout the project, proposing innovative solutions and professional advice to build long‑term relationships.
- Stay updated on company products and competitors to maintain a competitive perspective.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that company strategies and initiatives are shared and effectively implemented.
- Track and report sales KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma as a surveyor or equivalent technical qualification; an engineering degree is a plus.
- Experience in direct sales to clients or experience as a construction site surveyor aspiring to a commercial role.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the construction sector.
- Strong command of English language.
