Recipharm, a leading global CDMO, is seeking aBusiness Development Managerto support the growth of itsSterile Fill Finish (SFF)anti-infective offerings on an international scale.
This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new development and commercial opportunities, while managing relationships with existing customers.
The position plays a key role in driving business growth and strengthening Recipharm's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute commercial strategies to generate new development and manufacturing business
Identify, qualify, and close new global business opportunities
Negotiate complex development and supply agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Present Sterile Fill Finish anti-infective capabilities and tailored technical solutions to customers
Support the preparation and negotiation of commercial proposals and pricing strategies
Manage customer relationships across development and commercial programs
Work cross-functionally with technical, legal, and operational teams
Requirements
Experience inBusiness Development or B2B saleswithin the pharmaceutical industry (CDMO experience preferred)
Solid understanding ofdrug product manufacturing
Strong customer focus and results-driven mindset
Proven negotiation and relationship-management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Fluent English, written and spoken
Education
Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business, or related field
Advanced scientific degree and/or MBA is a plus
