**Job Description**:
Handling inbound **written customer inquiries** for the leading European telecom provider and making **outbound calls for further clarification or sales opportunity**
Focusing on selling additional services and products
Providing quick and friendly responses to customer concerns
Analytical problem-solving and prioritization skills
Qualifications:
Excellent German language skills (C1) - both written and spoken
A passion for helping customers and contributing to team success
Analytical thinking and self-motivation
BPO/Call Center experience is an advantage
