Move with us for a better world! /ph3Your Role /h3pWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and cash flow targets for a defined list of Key Accounts within the assigned region. You will manage partner‑ships, ensure alignment with company goals, and drive growth within the Technogym Wellness System (TWS). Additionally, you will oversee account transitions, maintain accurate forecasts, and ensure compliance with corporate standards. /ph3Your Impact /h3ulliDevelop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and maximize annual revenues, EBIT and FCF targets (cash‑in) from assigned accounts for equipment, network and service in line with their annual budget and company seasonality /liliVisit 100% of customer sites in the designated accounts /liliDeliver an exceptional customer experience by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance sales and customer retention, while managing collaborative relationships within the Technogym Team – specifically Sales Support, Logistics, After Sales and Accounts /liliRecognize and follow up on opportunities for up‑selling within assigned accounts /liliLocalize and sell the Total Wellness solution through partnership and customization of solution packages to specific market needs /liliContribute to define the market strategy for the Club Segment in terms of campaigns, initiatives and events linked to the assigned Key Accounts /liliImplement and daily execute sales processes and procedures while guaranteeing the best use of CRM to have clean and update market data /liliProvide timely, reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management to Sales Team /liliGuarantee continuous and proactive feedback from the market /li /ulh3About You /h3pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to‑earth and ethical. Experience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent account management/solution selling/strategic thinking/relationship skills. /ppWhat you should bring: /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s Degree /lili3-5 year experience in the role or in sales field (previous experience in premium or luxury brand companies will be considered a plus) /liliCRM management knowledge and Lead management expertise (knowledge of Salesforce.com will be considered a plus) /liliGeneral knowledge and use of digital devices and tools /liliAvailable to travel (Italy) /liliConfident and charismatic approach to people /liliExcellent at teamwork /liliWellness oriented: sporty, passionate about a wellness lifestyle /li /ulh3Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer /h3pTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
