Ph3Overview /h3pThis is a key role to provide customer ownership, sales activity, build relation and work directly with End-Users and distributors, increase the profitability and growth, end to end sales delivery across product portfolio, provide technical advice to customers, manage individual territories and sales forecasting across accounts. /ppReporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for executing the sales delivery in the designated end market sector to meet sales forecasts and KPI’s. /ppIn this role you will be responsible for sales: strategy and delivery, forecasting, channel management, specifically OilGas market sector value proposition input, acting as the regional voice of the customer, budget management and perform project oversight, deliver operational excellence across different channels and in collaboration with other internal teams, use business development approaches to expand the customer base and potential revenue streams by identifying and setting up new customers. /ppThe role would suit responsibilities of delivery sales against agreed upon targets, providing technical advice to customers, growing current sales accounts, feed business intelligence into line managers and working with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. /ph3Experience Requirements /h3ulliDegree or recognized qualification in Engineering /liliSales experience in manufacturing distribution (industrial engineering ideal) and accompanying proven track record of success, likely to be gained from at least 4-5 years in a similar role /liliKnowledge and experience of sales techniques /liliProvent previous experience and customers network in OilGas industry/utilities /liliFluent English /li /ulh3The Successful Candidate /h3ulliIndustry experience or knowledge based on Oil Gas background /liliCharismatic and inspiring personality with strong entrepreneurial flair and business acumen; passion for business growth /liliCollaborative working across a variety of business units, challenging siloed thinking wherever it appears /liliDemonstrate an appetite and ability to work collaboratively in a complex and matrixed business /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pRotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow or liquids, gases and powders across many industries worldwide. /ppOur purpose is Keeping the World Flowing for Future Generations. /ppFor over sixty years, the world has relied on us to create the things that keep everything moving.
