Ph3About The Role /h3 pWe are looking for a bBusiness Development Manager /b responsible for the bDell /b portfolio in TDSYNNEX Italy. The role involves translating Dell's growth plans internally to drive them in specific strategic segments, managing profitable market share, and executing the Business Unit strategy with expertise in bData Center /b and negotiation of large deals. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pOptimises results by driving sales from the vendor portfolio, including new vendor identification and onboarding. /p ul liDemonstrates a solid customer engagement strategy with multiple parties and levels that drives successful business outcomes. /li liTakes solution and service offerings to market, including TaaS. /li liOwns quarterly vendor business planning and execution. /li liDrives overall vendor management. /li liCreates customer unique selling propositions that protect margin integrity and promote long‑term, value‑based customer engagement. /li liEnables and helps sales teams win and grow share of wallet and market share. /li liEnsures ongoing use of CRM tools to maintain best‑in‑class business continuity. /li liHas full knowledge of the assigned vendor's product and service line. /li liDevelops tailored customer value propositions based on a clear understanding of business requirements. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li4+ years of experience in the IT industry at a business‑development level, ideally from a sales or product‑marketing background. /li liGood knowledge of data center. /li liStrong emotional intelligence, influence, and persuasion skills. /li liExcellent communication skills, both oral and written. /li liSkilled at multi‑level relationship building. /li liHigh energy and motivation. /li liStrong orientation toward services and solution selling. /li liStrategic planning and business case development capabilities. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liHybrid work: 2 days at the office, 3 days from home. /li liContinuous learning and a clear progression plan. /li liComprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid leave, and retirement plans. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunities /h3 p"At TD SYNNEX, we embrace diversity and promote equal opportunities.
