This role is essential for expanding our presence in these strategically significant and technically complex sectors. /ppSuccess in this position requires a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and a strong customer-centric approach, with a particular focus on Key Account Management and Strategic Selling to establish and nurture long-term, high-value partnerships. /ppbr/ppbWhat You’ll Do: /b /pulliThe Sales Executive Oil Gas, Chemical and Power will lead the commercial activities and drive profitable revenue growth across the targeted Oil Gas, Chemical and Power industries in Europe, with a primary focus on Italy. /lili You will develop and execute a go-to-market strategy balancing EPC, End User and OEM, build key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure our solutions deliver superior value. /liliThe role will require travel within Italy with possible overseas travel to meet with European and Worldwide Colleagues for Community/Sales meetings/Trade shows/conferences. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat You´ll need to succeed? /b /ppbr/pulliProven experience in sales/ business development in an industrial B2B environment, ideally in bthermal systems, process automation equipment, or industrial material processing sectors. /b /liliStrong technical understanding of industrial processes related to bOil Gas, Chemical and Power /b is highly preferred. /liliProven track record in Key Account Management and Strategic Selling, with demonstrable success in complex sales cycles and high-value negotiations driving profitable revenue growth, Gross Margin, up to sustainable EBITDA. /liliExperience working within a matrixed global organization and influencing across functions. /liliFluent in English and Italian. /li /ul
