Here, you will find reliable peers, mentorship, new challenges, growth opportunities, and a chance to stand out.Position: Presales Engineer (Full-time, Remote from Italy)Support business development through roadshows and workshops to generate leads.Serve as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, managing all technical communications and solution introductions.Build and maintain relationships with partners, leveraging your technical knowledge and understanding of client needs to foster trust.Prepare technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sale support.Conduct product training to ensure partners understand the USPs of EcoFlow's products and services.Gather feedback from clients and partners to work with RD on product improvements.Assist partners in customizing solutions for commercial success using your technical expertise.Your Profile:Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering (Electrical engineering or related fields preferred).Minimum of 3 years experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, with experience in the Residential Energy Storage industry preferred.Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and delivering group training.Ability to understand customer needs and independently develop solutions.Passion for the industry, quick learner, capable of grasping complex information in a rapidly changing environment.Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages like French, Polish, or Dutch are a plus.
