Sales Manager (CR Team) Italy

Reporting: Head of Sales - Europe

Your Role in VT Markets

As our Sales Manager for Cr team, you will be the primary point of contact for VT Markets' trading clients, responsible for nurturing relationships that drive client satisfaction, retention, and portfolio growth. Working closely with our sales, operations, and compliance teams, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients while ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their trading journey. Your role is crucial in maintaining VT Markets' reputation for outstanding customer service and contributing to our continued growth in competitive financial markets.

This is a remote-based psoition.

Generate and develop new trading clients through proactive outreach and relationship building initiatives
Maintain regular, high-volume client contact through various communication channels including phone, email, and digital platforms
Promote VT Markets' comprehensive suite of products and services effectively to meet individual client needs and trading objectives
Client Education & Portfolio Management

Deliver comprehensive training and education to clients on trading platforms, systems, and market strategies
Conduct detailed client portfolio analysis and implement strategic actions to optimize client trading performance and engagement

Ensure strict adherence to company legal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and compliance procedures in all client interactions
Collaborate effectively with sales, operations, and other departments to deliver seamless client experiences
Customer Satisfaction Excellence : Achieve outstanding client satisfaction scores and retention rates through proactive relationship management and superior service delivery


~ Compliance and Performance Leadership : Maintain 100% compliance with regulatory standards while consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets


~ Successfully grow and maintain a high-performing client portfolio with strong retention rates and increased trading activity


~ Customer Satisfaction Leadership : Achieve exceptional client satisfaction scores through proactive relationship management and superior service delivery


~ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support, Account Management, or Client Relations roles within financial services companies
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
Demonstrated track record of managing client relationships and achieving customer satisfaction targets

Deep understanding of FX/Multi-asset markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools
Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and client needs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders
Self-motivated and autonomous working style with strong organizational and time management abilities
Fluency in English and Italian.
Additional languages will be considered a significant advantage
Willingness to travel within markets as per business needs
