Role Summary:
Senior Product Marketing Manager who owns the integrated marketing plan with budget
responsibility, drive demand generation and market awareness for HCLSoftware’s
orchestration-led portfolio, leading cross-functional teams to generate pipeline and accelerate
adoption—especially for Automation Orchestration (HWA, UnO)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Portfolio Positioning & Messaging: Define and maintain clear, differentiated messaging across Automation (HWA, UnO), DevOps (Loop platform and related offerings), and Mainframe—anchored on orchestration as the enterprise control layer.
2. Automation Orchestration Priority: Lead value propositions and competitive positioning for HCL’s Automation Orchestration strategy, positioning UnO and HWA as the foundation for process, hybrid, and agentic orchestration.
3. Demand Generation & Digital Campaigns: Drive comprehensive, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to build market awareness and generate high-quality leads—supporting both on-prem and SaaS offerings, with measurable pipeline impact.
4. Analyst Recognition & Market Proof: Amplify analyst recognitions, reports, and market validations through campaigns, sales assets, and partner communications to reinforce credibility and accelerate buyer confidence.
