Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Chef de Rang will be part of a team of high-level professionals with a strong passion for FB.This is a seasonal, full-time contract role (40-hour working week). Your attention to detail and professionalism will contribute to guest satisfaction and loyalty.What you’ll be doingWelcome guests and attend to tables promptlyServe food and beverages, making recommendations as neededAssist guests with menu questions and special requestsRecord transactions accurately in the MICROS systemCheck in with guests to ensure satisfactionClean tables, complete closing duties, and restock suppliesCommunicate with the kitchen regarding orders, delays, and dietary needsFollow cycle time guidelines and maintain cleanliness of work areasInspect the cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silverwareAdhere to Standard Operating Procedures and brand guidelinesWhat we’re looking forLegal right to work in Italy with a valid work permit for full-time employment (40 hours/week)Fluent in English and ItalianUnderstanding of FB operations and luxury hospitalityPositive, outgoing personality with great communication skillsTeam-oriented mindsetExperience in fine dining restaurants is an advantageKnowledge of Micros system is preferredThis role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance in a clean uniform.
