- Lead Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Distribution to drive growth and profitability
- Develop and implement the integrated commercial strategy and business outlook
- Prepare annual sales budgets, marketing plans, and forecasts with revenue and marketing teams
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and events to adapt strategies
- Identify future revenue opportunities through structured analysis and translate insights into action with KPIs
- Foster collaboration across Sales, Revenue, Marketing, and operations to deliver performance
- Define pricing, inventory controls, segmentation, and channel strategies with Regional and Corporate teams
- Evaluate sales channel effectiveness and optimize budget allocation for ROI
- Lead event-specific revenue strategies and manage reservation inquiries to capture demand
- Partner with Marketing to design campaigns supporting commercial objectives and ensure consistent brand messaging
- Utilize digital platforms to drive awareness and conversion; review campaign results for optimization
- Analyze financial statements, revenue reports, and market data to identify risks and opportunities
- Track key metrics such as booking pace, market share, and competitor performance
- Embed governance to surface risks, deliver monthly insights, and drive action plans to meet targets
- Control expenditures through forecasts and adherence to budgets
- Ensure effective use of commercial systems (SynXis, IDeaS, Delphi) for execution and reporting
- Comply with Mandarin Oriental policies and perform other duties as required
Responsabilità
- 7+ years of senior sales experience in luxury hospitality
- At least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and key accounts
- Track record of driving revenue growth and hitting targets across multiple segments
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Distribution
- High business acumen and strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into plans
- Excellent written and spoken English; local language where applicable
- Proficiency with hotel commercial systems (SynXis, IDeaS, Delphi) and related analytics tools
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-changing environment
