Its turbogas fleet is already capable of burning between 40 and 70 per cent hydrogen, with the aim of reaching 100 per cent by 2030. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop, offer and negotiate power plant projects on the European market. /li liLead sales projects from pre-acquisition through acquisition, tendering, negotiation, handover to execution. /li liGenerate profitable sales from new and existing customers in the Service market for heavy-duty gas turbines, steam turbines and generators in alignment with the company’s order intake, turnover, profit and margin goals. /li liRepresent the sales projects and Ansaldo Energia externally and drive the sales projects along internal processes. /li liLead and manage the sales process and contract negotiations for Service Contracts, upgrade projects and general sales. /li liDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with customers. /li liRepresent Ansaldo at industry meetings, trade shows and conferences. /li liGather market and competitive intelligence and commercial strategies. /li liIncrease and maintain knowledge of market trends, customer requirements, competitor actions and customer base. /li liTake an active part in improving and maintaining the processes and tools used in the activities. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in engineering or business administration along with experience in offering and selling large complex products or solutions. /li liKnowledge of power plants technology. /li liExtensive knowledge of the European energy landscape, including key industry players. /li liReliable, creative, flexible and enthusiastic team player. /li liAbility to work well under pressure and in challenging situations. /li liWilling to travel frequently (up to 50% globally), also on short notice. /li liExcellent command of English. /li liGood degree of interpersonal skills and good communicator. /li liCritical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills. /li /ul h3Seniority Level /h3 ul liMid-Senior level /li /ul h3Employment Type /h3 ul liFull-time /li /ul h3Job Function /h3 ul liEngines and Power Transmission Equipment Manufacturing /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
