* Account Manager
* M / F / d) - on site or remote (Lombardia)

With Speexx, you will be at the leading edge in the talent management and e-learning industry, dealing with the top corporations in the Italian market. You will be working as part of a successful international team of Sales experts, Marketers and Customer Success Managers.


Responsibilities

* Manage and hold overall responsibility for a portfolio of global and national accounts
* Be one of the commercial spearheads for Speexx in the Italian market
* Show hands-on negotiation and field activity on large bids / tenders
* Analyze business trends, pipeline status and forecasts and provide full visibility of business potential through the CRM reporting tool
* Identify customer requirements, possible implementation solutions as well as consultancy in line with the Speexx product portfolio
* Meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities
* Define and execute sales plans for assigned accounts


What we look for

* Profound customer-facing experience and global account management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
* Experience in closing six-digit sales projects in license sales, supported by strong negotiation skills and consultative solution selling techniques
* A self-starter attitude, you are a result driven “hunter” with the ability to pro-actively identify, develop and close new opportunities
* Experience with tender processes
* Fluency in Italian and English is required, further languages are an advantage
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and social media tools
