For the next season (spring/summer ****), we are looking for a Commis de Rang to join our La Terrazza Restaurant team.
The ideal candidate is open to new challenges, ready to develop further, and willing to support the team to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences.
Responsibilities
Fulfil the operations of the Food & Beverage on La Terrazza Restaurant according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures;
Take care of the mise en place;
Support the Chef de Rang with service;
Clean and set up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service;
Monitor all aspects of the customers\' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service; act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests\' needs.
Requirements
Effective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally);
Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them; manage own emotions in challenging situations;
Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions; try and adopt new ways of doing things;
Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player and share information and skills and actively seek and provide feedback.
Other requirements
Fluent in Italian and basic level of English;
Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred;
Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships;
Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally;

Start date: April/May **** to End date: November ****, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path;
Monthly gross salary around 1,600€ plus separate payslip for 13th month, 14th month and TFR;
