Synergie Italia Spa, Divisione Marche Search is recruiting a Sales Project Manager. The role focuses on coordinating and developing strategic commercial projects to increase sell-out, optimize distribution and accelerate brand growth in international markets.
Responsibilities
* Define and implement commercial projects for the development of English and European markets.
* Support the sales network in selecting target customers.
* Analyze point-of-sale performance.
* Monitor commercial KPIs and propose corrective actions.
* Develop positioning strategies.
Qualifications
* Analytical ability regarding sell-out, turnover and profitability.
* Strong coordination skills across internal and external teams.
* At least three years of sales or business‑development experience, preferably in fashion or footwear.
* Excellent English language skills.
* Will readiness to travel.
Location & Remuneration
Location: Fermo (FM). Salary: €35,000‑45,000 per annum. Contract: direct recruitment, potentially permanent. Collective agreement: Calzature‑Industria.
