Sales Manager - Anti-Corrosion Equipment (Italy)
Location: Northern Italy (Lombardy, Milan)
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and expand sales of process equipment (pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, etc.)
within the chemical and pharmaceutical markets in Italy.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on proactive customer acquisition and
market penetration.
Manage existing customer relationships and ensure business continuity in coordination with CCU
and the international ACE Sales team.
Collaborate with technical and project teams (Pagny, Maulburg, and Italy) to deliver tailored
solutions.
Provide market feedback, forecasts, and activity updates using Salesforce and internal CRM tools.
Profile Requirements:
Technical background (electrotechnical, mechanical, or process-related); engineering degree not
mandatory but preferred.
Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in sales of industrial equipment or components (valves, pumps,
piping systems, tanks, etc.).
Solid understanding of the chemical and pharmaceutical process industries.
Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proactive mindset, able to work independently and drive business development
