In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging with them through multiple communication channels—including phone, live chat, WhatsApp, and email. Manage daily outbound and inbound communications via phone, chat, WhatsApp, and email to generate qualified leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Collaborate closely with our external sales team and distribution partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
Analyze market feedback and customer behavior to continuously refine your outreach strategy.
Provide proactive support to clients, ensuring they remain engaged throughout the pre-sale process.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or telesales role ; Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers remotely.
Comfortable using CRM systems, messaging platforms, and digital tools.
Fluency in English is required; additional 1/2 languages are a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Languages, Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
