The ideal candidate should be an open-minded, passionate and dedicated individual who possesses a high level of attention to details, a strong work ethic, and ability to multitask and to prioritize. He/she should have excellent track record of following experiences:
• Preparing and directing production of all baked goods in required volume, quality and standards
• Supervising, guiding, counseling and training bakery personnel
• Ordering raw materials in order to maintain production of required volume
• Creating recipes (in our case in collaboration with investors) and ensuring they are followed correctly
• Minimizing waste and inspecting all raw materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintaining the shop and its equipment in a clean, sanitary and fully operational condition
• Implementing established safety policies and ensures they are followed
• Controlling labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory management.
Ideal resume:
Degree/certificates in pastry making
Two to five years of prior experience in pastry design and creation in a professional context
Ability to operate and to utilize culinary production equipment and tools.
