Job Description
Sentra Energia S.p.A., a direct supplier of electricity and gas in the free market, is expanding its commercial structure across the national territory and is seeking to hire an Area Manager.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
1. Creating and managing a commercial network within the region.
2. Training agents with sales methodologies and guidelines defined by the company.
3. Supporting the sales network through periodic coaching.
4. Motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Requirements
* Previous experience in the Electricity and Gas sector.
* Commercial experience in creating and managing sales networks within utilities.
* Immediate availability and full-time commitment.
* Determination to achieve revenue targets for assigned responsibilities.

* Monthly fixed salary plus a highly incentivizing variable component, including commissions on the team's monthly production and recurring income from the acquired client portfolio within the assigned area.

* Constant support with candidate sourcing for coordinator/agent roles, to be evaluated and integrated into the team.
* Potential opening of a local office at the company's expense in the medium term.
