We are looking for a Store Manager responsible for managing the store and team to achieve company goals. Responsibilities: Coordinate, develop, and motivate the store team, leveraging colleagues' skills. Manage cash register and dining area, maintaining high standards of excellence. Oversee staff scheduling and monitor labor costs. Ensure worker safety, HACCP compliance, and cleanliness of the premises. Handle accounting and serve as the administrative contact. Maintain equipment and oversee its operation. Maintain relationships with property managers and shopping centers. Soft Skills: Passion for Food Tech sector. Result-oriented mindset.
